Graphic Design | Professional Writing | Art History

I am a student at Kutztown University majoring in Communication Design with a dual minor in Professional Writing and Art History. My work is influenced by artists such as Henri Matisse, Andy Warhol, and Swiss designers. I believe that form follows function in design. I look to the past for inspiration, collect design and modern art books, and love hunting for mid-century furniture.

Package Design

The packaging for Gála Greek yogurt is an abstraction of the Greek Isles. I created the shapes above with watercolor, then layered them in the computer to resemble the stacked buildings in the Greek coast. By printing on acetate, I could layer over the shapes printed on the containers. Due to the nature of the acetate, the shapes created transparent jewel tones that added depth to each piece.

The brand consists of Greek kefir, yogurt, and yogurt bars, all infused with white chocolate to mimic the vibrant hues of Greece. Each color signifies the flavor of Mint, Rosehip, or Plain, over the range of products.
